Fabulous Footwear - Friday Feature

So, guess who is no longer working on Fridays?! Due to my success - our Directors announced yesterday that the company's top performers would be awarded a special incentive for the entire next quarter, and then the quarter following if our ranking stays up. We can now make whatever schedule we'd like, and we are allowed to work 35-39 hours per week and remain full-time employees, meaning we still have full access to all of our benefits, PTO and holiday pay. It's SO awesome! I couldn't be happier! Now I have all of Friday to spend with my kids - just me and them. I also will be able to work 10 hour days which is totally ideal for me because I sometimes get to the end of the day and have an hour or two left of work to do and feel panicked because I haven't accomplished all that I need to for that day. If I do three 10-hour-days, then I can work a short 10am-3pm shift (SO NICE) on my last day of the week...well, I'm actually thinking of working that schedule on my Mondays since they aren't great business days for us anyway.

On to the Footwear! Today, I'll feature kids shoes for a change. I've chose
n a pair for each of our kids + a pair for Emma, lol...our neice who spends enough time with us to be considered one of the gang, for sure.

  • Navy blue D&G's sneakers (Doc Thomas)

  • White and cream velcro Burberry's (Jamyn)

  • Pink Juicy and Couture flats (Emma)

  • Khaki suede Ugg loafers (Jackson)

  • Blue and White madras Ralph Lauren sneakers (Maxwell)
